Data Deletion

This page explains how to request the deletion of your personal data from Beeopera.

If you have a Beeopera account

1. Sign in to your account
2. Go to Settings → Advanced
3. Select Delete account and confirm with your password

Your account is disabled immediately. After a 30-day grace period (during which you can cancel the request by contacting us), your personal data is permanently anonymized: first name, last name, email, phone number, and any other identifying information are removed or made unrecognizable, all sessions are revoked, and authentication tokens are deleted. Audit records may be retained in anonymized form for security purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you were contacted through an external channel (e.g. WhatsApp)

If a business using Beeopera contacted you via WhatsApp and you want your data removed, email [email protected] with the phone number you were contacted on. We process the request within 30 days.

Manual request

If you'd rather not sign in, or want to request deletion on behalf of someone else (e.g. a customer record added by a business using Beeopera), write to:

Include the name and email address (or phone number) associated with the data to be deleted. We verify the requester's identity before proceeding and fulfill the request within 30 days.
